We believe that by building positive relationships between our team and parents and carers, we are able to provide the very best learning and care experiences for all children.
Bringing your child to nursery for the first time can be one of the bravest things a parent can do so its important to us that we build a relationship with you, share ideas and knowledge and always offer an open door policy for extra support to our families if and when needed.
We look to support parents to understand how to promote learning at home and we also hold 'celebrate learning' days each year to discuss their little ones journey so far and how we can work together to support their development further.
To support this, we provide you with a termly newsletter to inform you of all those important dates, nursery updates and more! This newsletter is provided to you through our parent app and also shown on our entrance board. We hope you enjoy reading what your little ones have been up to and this is a great opportunity to discuss with your little one all the fun they get up to at nursery.
We are passionate about not only supporting your little ones but also supporting your families too. We have a 'you asked, we did' section to show you that we listen and act on it. We have a range of resources, story sacks, support packs and a lending library to support you at home. These are provided to our families free of charge.
We have introduced parent play and stay sessions, parent surveys, cultural days, walks in the community and parent workshops. These have been a huge success with our families!
